New ideas at SV In.Fusion February Bootcamp
The bootcamp teams have returned home and we have had time to review and analyze the previous two weeks of master classes, workshops, and meetings with local startups, founders, investors and other members of the Silicon Valley community.
As usual, we started our master classes with a session on Silicon Valley culture, networking and people skills. The teams applied their new expertise immediately as they interacted with new connections made at Wearable World and Startup House, and events at Galvanize.
Mixed in with our regular curriculum of Startup Financing, UX/UI Design, and Lean Startups, we introduced some new classes on Mindfulness, Gamification, and Big Data,
and new workshops with key partners from IBM, LinkedIn, and PayPal.
Our bootcamp teams had the opportunity to try some new coffee, and new forms of transportation,
visit some cool startup company offices, and see where
the Silicon Valley Venture Capital guys hang out.
But they also worked hard, applying the knowledge shared by our mentors to their specific companies and sharpening their pitches and presentations.
As we say farewell to this group of entrepreneurs, we want to invite other startups who would like to join us at one of our next bootcamps, individually or as a group, to check out our website or contact us directly.
